United States citizen, serves as the Company’s Independent Commissioner since June 17, 2014, based on AGMS 2013. In addition to the Company’s Independent Commissioner, he is also the Founding Partner of Falcon House Partners, a Singapore-based private equity firm for Southeast Asia region.

Previously, Mr. O’Connor worked for Lehman Brothers for 18 years, where he was involved in more than 200 transactions. In 1995, he was assigned to Indonesia as the first head representative of the first Lehman Brothers. Under his leadership, Lehman Brothers Indonesia became one of the most profitable braches from 1998 to 2000. At that time he was the head of Indonesia’s representative, Mr. O’Connor was also appointed as head of the telecommunications and media group for the Asian region based in Hong Kong. In 2002, he was appointed to serve as head of Corporate Finance and M&A Group at Lehman Brothers Asia. Mr. O’Connor was appointed as member of the Executive Committee of Lehman Brothers Asia Pacific and became Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Operating Officer (CAO/COO) for the Asia Pacific region based in Tokyo in 2004, activator the regional expansion of Lehman Brothers from the trading center in 2004 with revenue of US $900 million, became six trading centers in 2007 with revenues of the US $3 billion, and managed to achieve the highest profit margin (before tax) in the Lehman Brothers organization. Mr. O’Connor also served as Head of Asia Pacific Risk Management Committee.
